Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Say4Real Pro. Say4Real is a digital software service (SaaS); there are no physical goods to ship or return.

1. Plans & Billing

Say4Real offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro is billed on a recurring basis you choose at checkout: monthly ($3/month) or annually ($29/year). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes, which are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@say4real.com. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next period, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period.

3. Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and we will refund that payment in full, no questions asked.

After 14 days. Payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, because access to the digital service is provided immediately and continuously. You may still cancel to prevent future charges (see Section 2).

Duplicate, accidental, or unauthorized charges. If you believe you were charged in error, email us and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge promptly.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

Payments and subscriptions are handled by our authorized third-party payment processor / reseller (Merchant of Record). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through that processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
