Terms of Service

By accessing or using say4real, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old — or the minimum digital-consent age where you live, which is higher in some places (for example, 16 in parts of the European Union) — to use say4real. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. For accounts under 18, the anonymous message inbox and public Q&A are turned off. We remove accounts we learn belong to underage users.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

say4real is designed to facilitate constructive, anonymous (or hinted) communication. You agree not to use the service to:

  • Transmit any content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or constitutes harassment.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with our moderation tools, shadow-bans, or security features.
  • Engage in coordinated attacks, spamming, or flooding inboxes with malicious intent.

3. Zero Tolerance for Harassment

As outlined in our Safety Policy, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance approach to bullying and harassment. We employ active monitoring via algorithmic and AI-based systems. We reserve the right to immediately suspend, ban, or silently flag any user (via IP or fingerprinting) who violates these rules at our sole discretion, without notice.

4. Account Responsibilities & Guest Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. say4real cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

The first time you send an anonymous message we may create a temporary guest account so replies can reach you; it is deleted within 30 days unless you create a full account. Sending anonymous messages remains subject to our safety systems and to the metadata collection described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The original content, features, and functionality of say4real are and will remain the exclusive property of say4real and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Billing & Subscriptions

say4real offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription — $3/month or $29/year, renewing automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record (authorized third-party reseller), and your purchase is also subject to their terms. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation PolicyRefund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Your Content & Public Q&A

You retain ownership of the content you create on say4real — your profile, links, and the answers you write. By using the service you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as needed to operate the platform. When you answer an anonymous message and choose to publish it, that question and answer become a public Q&A on your page; you are responsible for what you choose to publish.

9. Embedding

You may embed your own say4real profile on websites you control. You are responsible for how the embed is used on your site, must not misrepresent it as anything other than your say4real profile, and must not use the embed to circumvent our safety systems. We may revoke embedding for any profile that violates these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
